Sanary sur Mer has a picturesque port with a shoreline path for visitors to stroll along, colourful façades and terraces shaded by palm trees.

From the top of Notre Dame de Pitié there is a magnificent view of the islands.

It is a lively village: a great carnival is held every year, at evenings during the summer you can see craft makers all along the port, there are numerous festivities such as the “bouillabaisse days”, “sardine days” and other special events.
