Within Provence: Vaucluse is surrounded by:
To west: the valley of the Rhône, which provides water for this land of fruit vegetables and reputed vinyards.
To north : the Drome, the Pope’s Enclave just above Vaison la Romaine
To east: the Mount Ventoux, near the Luberon.


Le Luberon

Right in the heart of Provence, you can visit cultural sites as the Abby of Senanque and the typical villages of Gordes, Ménerbes, Lourmarin.

The Rhône Valley and The Comtat Venaissin

Avignon, Orange, Cavaillon and Carpentras are famous cities of this fertile valley. Very well know xines such as Côtes du Rhône, Côtes de Ventoux and Côtes de Luberon mostly classed A.O C, Chateauneuf du Pape along with Gigondas add prestige to the region.
